High Heels and High Ideals
The 3Geese ethos is one of high heels and high ideals. What this means is:
- Collaboration with other women
- Realising we can all shine in different ways and letting each other do so
- Respecting our differences
- Letting others do something that is not our forte
- Pooling of skills and common goals and visions
- Inspiring and supporting each other to be who we really are
- Knowing we work better in a team with people on our side than alone
This doesn’t mean to say we don’t wear high heels, bling, make up and have great handbags!
The story of wild geese is that they will naturally support each other and take it in turns to lead and we try to do this with each other. We believe in developing a new ethos of inclusiveness, innovation and inspiration in order to meet the new challenges of being a woman in the 21st century.
